Anna is currently a post-doctoral researcher financed by the Jan Wallander scholarship at Lund University and by Ragnar Söderberg's foundation at Stockholm School of Economics. Her research interest focuses on internationalization and knowledge sharing and how to motivate people to share knowledge in their daily work.
Her earlier experiences from working as a consultant with Knowledge Management at Ernst & Young made her interested in the driving forces behind the willingness to share knowledge. Before finishing her MBA she worked as a consultant at SMG Consulting, with e.g Professor Rickard Normann, on a project about how to develop a vision for healthcare in Sweden. In addition to her MBA Anna has also taken an MSc and further developed her skills in both IT/IS and psychology.
Besides conducting research Anna is also an Assistant Professor at School of Economics and Business Management, Lund University. In addition to lectures in strategy and marketing she also supervises theses at both bachelor and masters level. In addition to undergraduate courses Anna previously gave lectures at executive cources at the Executive Foundation in Lund.
