Anna's research mainly focuses on two research areas; Internationalization theory and theories on knowledge sharing .
Focus for her dissertation was how knowledge is shared within IKEA when entering new markets. For her post doctoral research she has recently conducted a one year ethnographic study focusing on how knowledge is shared in practice within a professional service firm. Other research projects that Anna is involved in are e.g.; Knowledge, leadership and identity in organizations, Swedish retail firms and impact on performance.
